I develop leadership programs based on the "Integrated Functional Leadership Model" (IFLM) and add deep dive topics that emerge from the needs and situation of your company. I lead the workshops myself and the participants are introduced to the topics interactively with a practice-oriented methodology. Due to my large leadership experience I can add a lot of my own cases and real life examples. Through my work as a lecturer on the topic of "Leadership and intercultural Management" at the ZHAW School of Management and Law, I bring along essential didactic experience for successful training.

After the theoretical basics and the discussions on various business cases, the participants leave the workshop with a clear objective for their next measures and tasks. I mentor and support the leaders in the implementation of their goals to ensure a successful learning curve. This can be achieved through an individual mentoring or through a peer mentoring workshop: SHARE2LEARN.

I offer my knowledge and many years of professional experience on all topics of my competencies.
