My Competencies
Leadership is the sum of all leaders activities and their effects. It is the ability to inspire and motivate people for a common goal and enabling them to contribute toward the success of the organization.
Leadership &
intercultural management
I deal with the topic of holistic leadership according to the “Integrated Functional Leadership Model” (IFLM) by Daniel Seelhofer*: - Self-leadership - Team leadership - Team member leadership - Order fulfillment Due to globalization and the associated career flows of skilled workers, intercultural leadership is already taking place in all companies today. An international project or a posting to another culture requires individual preparation. These situations require knowledge of cultural dimensions.

As a manager you often feel alone. A neutral sparring partner who does not represent any company interests is the ideal person to talk about all topics. Through my experience as a manager at all levels, from team leader to CEO, I know the challenges that a leader faces as a person and in his professional and leadership role in the company. My experiences include many successes and just as many failures. In my feedback and discussions, you benefit from an unbiased, open and transparent exchange between equals. My personal goal is to accompany and support you. I enable you to implement your goals for a quick and successful learning curve: personally and professionally. I am your mentor, your companion, your advisor, your supporter, your challenger!
HR strategy
It seems logical that the HR strategy follows the company strategy. But JUST following her would be too short-sighted. The sub-strategies of the business units and the support functions must be coordinated and critically questioned in several iterations. Only through these iterations does the alignment of timing, resources and actions become an orchestrated and powerful strategy. I have been able to support countless companies throughout my career and can look back on a wealth of experience. Many good examples but also some that did not achieve the desired result. I will be an unbiased and honest reality check for your company, I ask the unpleasant questions and have no interests to represent other than the successful implementation of your strategy. Because a good HR strategy is one that is understood and implemented by all employees!
